For the jewellery workshop, our tutor suggested that we research different jewellers that use the same techniques that we use in the workshop. Therefore, I studied Ornella Iannuzzi. She is a unique jeweller that uses the same methods to create powerful accessories. I love the way her pieces look ut I will not be using her as an influence as her work is too complex for a beginner to use.
The second jeweller I researched was Harry Winston. Winston created a collection, The Nyc Collection, which was inspired by the iconic landmarks in New York. I like how he looked at architecture for inspiration for his collection, giving me the inspiration to look at structures my own work.
