Business Card Analysis

Good Business Card Examples.

Example one - I think this is a good example of a business card. I like how the front of it has a simple design relating to the subject she does. I also like how she uses the symbols for Facebook, emails and Instagram next to where she displays her information. This is something I would like to take into my own designs.

Example 2 - I also think that this is a good example of a business card as it is relevant to the subject matter for example photography but portrayed in a fun and creative way. It shows her own work making it a unique business card instead of a mass printed one.The back shows a simple design but also displays all relevant details a business card needs.

Example 3 - I like the design on this business card I think it is creative and works well with the material and colour the card is made of. It also has a lot of details on how to contact the individual. However, this business card does not state what the person is for example a fine artist, illustrator.

Bad Business Card Examples.

Example 1- This is a bad example of a business card design. Even though it has a relevant image and information, they are copied and pasted onto a background with no editing to blend the two together making the card look very unprofessional.

Example 2 - This is another example of a bad business card. The text colour chosen merges into the background too much making it very difficult to read the information on the card. I also feel that the font chosen for this card looks unprofessional compared to the fonts chosen on the better examples.

Example 3 - This is a good and bad example of a business card. It looks very neat and professionally made with all relevant details and a small design. However, it is very obvious it has been designed and made from an online site, showing no personality and creative ideas from the person it belongs to.
