1960's Swimwear.

For this page on 1960s swimwear designs, I used images I found on Pinterest to help influence my paintings. I used a fashion illustration model template and drew on different designs that I liked the style of from different adverts or old photographs. i then painted them in bright colours using gauche paint. The models portray different designs and colours that were experimented with back in the 1960s. They were then placed on a yellow watercolour background that had been painted using a sponge to create a texture effect. I like this page and the designs of the swimwear used in it, I feel this page with be very influential in my final piece when it comes to painting figurines for my model. However, I would like to repaint the skin of the models as it dried very streaky.
