Primary Research.

For my Primary research, I have research stories of friends and family that have suffered with one of these nine mental illnesses. Depending on which illness they have suffered, I have asked every person similar questions 'what is ... like?' For them then to answer it in as much or as little detail as they pleased. Their answers where then displayed in speech bubbles on the page. 

As some people I asked were not comfortable with me taking photographs of them for my sketchbook, I asked college students if I could photograph them, cropping out their heads to keep a sense of secrety. However, as I was limited in time I could not conduct this photoshoot. Therefore I asked another photography student if I could use her photographs as they were similar to the ones I needed. She happily agreed. 

I like these pages as they stick with my theme and show what I aimed to portray however I feel the pages are boring to look at so I would redo the background to make them more visually appealing.
